Longer Lashes....50 Shades of Twilight

Longer Lashes...Copyright by Linda Lou Ophoenix

This video (link above), which I put together in 2007, is one of the main reasons my family hates me so much.  They are misogynists and they don't believe that women should express their sexuality.  I grew up believing that God made us perfect...that He saw us when we were born, knew every hair on our head and knew exactly what we looked like without our clothes on.

I believe that Sex is a Gift from God to the people of the Earth.  It feels Wonderful...it can create a sense of Bonding between people that can add iridescence to a relationship...and it also creates the most beautiful and vulnerable beings in the world...babies.  And the Message intrinsic in a newborn babies eyes is this: We are the Caretaker...Life is in Our Hands...and We need to Protect it with our Own Lives.

In the Garden of Eden, God asked Adam "Where are you?" and Adam answered  "We are hiding because we are naked" and God said "Who told you that you were naked" because before that, it states that Adam and Eve were "Naked but not ashamed" (Genesis ch. 3)

That is our original state with God...to be able to be in our "birthday suit" and not be ashamed.

My family makes a Huge Deal about making sure certain parts are always covered...shorts are NOT allowed in the summer time...even sleeves that are too short are suspect.

I have a womanly body.  In order to cover that fact I would have to wear a Moo-moo...a tent dress.  Just fit it for my bustline and let it fall down from there.  NO WAY.  I enjoy wearing clothing that makes me feel as slender as I can feel...clothes that are actually my size instead of Oversized so that I can look "Modest".   I do have a waist....and I am now 23lbs less that I have been for many years and I want to look my best.  It has nothing to do with being a "wanton woman".   I simply enjoy looking the best I can be.

Of course I don't dress like the video or the picture above to the grocery store or anywhere in public...it's not "daytime wear".   It's exotic....it's sexy...it's appropriate for a Rock song about kinky sex.

It's not a crime....and it does not deserve the punishment of Female Genital Mutilation.
