Bee in a Bottle

I had a bottle of Gold Emblem Sparkling Black Raspberry flavored water that I purchased at the CVS on Nicollet Ave.  I drank some of it at the park last night...and there were a couple of hornets around...slow, lazy late summertime fellows...easy to bat away with my hand....but kind of persistent.   But I was Very Careful to take a drink and close my bottle AS SOON as I was finished drinking....so that none of the little bastards would get in...and last night I drank some more of it in my room and the bottle was clear.

I left it in my room with a couple of inches in it this morning.   I took a walk in the park before my son came to see me....he is here at the library with me now...looking at books and we will go to his section and get him some new ones before we leave.

But when I came back from my walk, I took a nice big gulp of the Sparking Water....and at the bottom of the bottle was a big lump....and I spit it back into the bottle and it was a HORNET!!!...it looked black in the bottom of the reddish liquid...and it scared me half to death.

That means someone in the Hostel put it there while I was gone.  My roommate was already gone to work...that leaves here out.  I am glad.  She and the girl who just left are two of my only "friendly acquaintances" right now.   But someone staying here works for my family.

That bee got in that bottle this morning.....NOT by itself.   It's just part of the constant harassment.  And it shows that when I was rooming downstairs by myself and woke with white stuff leaking out of everywhere....rubbed into my lips like lipstick....and bruised and sore....that my family does put people in the hostel.  (Keymaking is an old family tradition)

I kept the bee in the bottle.   I have a hair that I found in my bed and some "white substance".

There is still a rape kit from last summer that I never was able to obtain the DNA results from.

Their violence and apartheid against me will NOT stand.
