I am seeking Sole, Exclusive Rights to my copyrighted song, Longer Lashes, and any other version of Longer Lashes that erroneously is copyrighted under Tom Ripsin's name for Music (I wrote the music on the guitar, he "accertained" I had the correct chord names); along with any other copyrighted, performed, presented (internet, tv, live), written/crafted, Music, Art, or Comedy that originated from me, Linda Lou Ophoenix, or my portfolio or Brand Image (as presented on FaceBook) I will begin civil suits against several parties including 3 family members, at least one corporation in the Music Industry and Comedy Central.

Being on Time (as 8:30 is too early for my Fibro-myalgia...I haven't had time to stretch and I would be walking in cranky and sore/cramped up).

But I want it known that prior to fleeing the violence caused by my family in Minnesota, I was paying $282 a week for JUST a ROOM in a Youth Hostel for the Specific Purpose of Having my Son, Aric Ripsin over almost Every Weekend. I was also paying on my eviction, which was with the INTENTION of gaining access to another RENTAL so that I could continue custody and have visitation as usual as I arranged with his Father, or become the Custodial Parent, depending on whether or not this Legal Settlement regarding my Copyrights was done with litigation.
My main goal has been to send him to the SonRise program.
My time here is an investment in his future as much as it is in mine and my physical health and safety.
I have not been allowed to get into my bank account today here at Step Up...and I am unsure of my balance.
I have spent my money this month on Re-Purchasing ITEMS that were STOLEN recently, on regular monthly purchases (medication and toiletries), and food. I also had to Re-Purchase a suitcase, because my previous one was stolen in December and the "Shopping Cart" was "too slow" and I was getting in late and having to sleep outside the shelter....and then get a "admonishing eye" about why it took me so long to get home. (like I wasn't walking slowing because my hands and knees hurt...but was out kicking up a helluva time or something---yeah, I don't even have the energy to think that way with this lifestyle...you walk a mile to the shower every morning with 1/2 your belongings and a cat!)
I need money URGENTLY.
A person cannot ADJUST their BUDJET to a 1/2 cut with NO NOTICE!
I have asked my ex-husband for help...Tom Ripsin. He said he will no longer help me.
I think he should reconsider if he values the music he copyrighted with Sacre Blu.
I won't let the Sawyers do this.

GEE, Stephanie, thanks for sending the info about the Ticket...but don't you think someone is just trying to get me in trouble or locked away because my COPYRIGHT DISAPPEARED and was PRODUCED AND DISTRIBUTED and PROFITS and EARNINGS GAINED and I HAVE NOT AS YET BENEFITTED FROM ANY OF MY CREATIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY?
I do not present as a "homeless individual" (unkempt, unsanitary, unmotivated, unexpectant) because I Am a HOMEOWNER who has been DISPLACED by a Family who has STOLEN from me and then OPPRESSED me to KEEP THEIR SECRET.
