Social Services in Cali SLANDERING me...Trying to say I asked to see Doctor for Pain Meds instead of MED REFILLS!!!

(This was sent to my Social Worker, Tye Biasco at Patterson and Thuente, and Tom Ripsin, my ex-husband who is suing for custody of my 17 year old son and has cut my budget in half)


I NEVER ASKED FOR PAIN MEDICINES!

This is further SLANDER to indicate that I am "drug seeking".

I will not be devalued by being funneled by a narrow-minded system into a position, situation or evaluation that does not fit my wants and needs.

I am seeking Sole, Exclusive Rights to my  copyrighted song, Longer Lashes, and any other version of Longer Lashes that erroneously is copyrighted under Tom Ripsin's name for Music (I wrote the music on the guitar, he "accertained" I had the correct chord names); along with any other copyrighted, performed, presented (internet, tv, live), written/crafted, Music, Art, or Comedy that originated from me, Linda Lou Ophoenix, or my portfolio or Brand Image (as presented on FaceBook)  I will begin civil suits against several parties including 3 family members, at least one corporation in the Music Industry and Comedy Central.

I testify that I was thwarted in my attempts to attain a Trade Mark on my name by not having an address, and now when I have an address....My budget is cut in HALF....and I solved this petty "20 minutes in the shower" problem by spending the last of my January funds on a YMCA membership.  I come from a world where being clean every day is a given and being hounded in the shower is ABUSE.   So I used my finesse to solve the problem and I will be seeking Emergency General Relief....

...I Hope Not to Anticipate Discrimination of Any Kind.

I will Not become a Christian or Stop being a Bi-Sexual.

I want my Rights to my Copyrights and the Profits and Royalties Gained From them.

I want to Rock...And I want my Piece. (Medical Relief for my FGM)
