My name is Linda Ophoenix.
I have been the victim of severe discrimination, apartheid and physical
assaults in the past 3 years since having a member of the Fetlife.com BDSM
community (who revealed himself later to be a relative of mine) confess to me
that the local Minneapolis BDSM community was propagating and profiting from
conducting, filming, and otherwise organizing from start to finish an
industrialized process that combined “partial birth abortion” with a “happy
ending” for the male who paid for the “fetish experience” of piercing the
child’s soft spot (fontanel) with his erect phallus.
I was also informed that since my “Confessing stalker” from
Fetlife was my relative…that they had sold this industry to the church of my
Youth…the Apostolic Pentecostal Church as “sacrifices of the first fruits to
Jesus”.
When I began research for a book on the subject, my life
turned upside down and I was evicted and homeless for over a year. I was raped and beaten while l lived alone on
the streets…rejected by my family of origin until I “burned my backpack” of
research (which was finally stolen in August 2014). Each time I reported to the police about my
stalker(s) it got me hospitalized for my efforts. I have had 5 phones stolen, one brand-new one
hacked unusable last week, 5 computers stolen and I am hacked Every time I use
the Internet.
A year ago, when I was staying at the bus station at the
Mall of America, I was drugged and given a forced Clitorectomy, and I have no
feeling or sensation in my groin or g-spot area. I slept the following 2 days at the mall and no
security guards bothered me at all. That
was IMPOSSIBLE unless they were paid.
They Always woke homeless people the moment they dozed.
I believe my genitals were removed because my
relatives have an obsessional fear of women masturbating…as they had also
stolen from me, 4 discreet vibrators. I
always kept one on my person for when I spent the night in a motel to get a
clean shower, a good bed and some privacy.
In a modern world where female masturbation was pronounced Normal by
Masters & Johnson (1966) Shere Hite
(1976, 1981, 2004) and Alfred Kinsey (1953), those who punish females for
exercising their personal rights by enacting violence---(especially Female
Genital Mutilation)---are the ones who are disturbed and require medication.
Recently, after evaluating that the unsanitary conditions at
the Salvation Army cost more than staying at the local International Youth
Hostel, I moved here in May. I have
exhausted every avenue for getting an apartment…even using a social worker…and although
I had already been shown an apartment in August….I was refused under false reasons
and Jeff Jorgensen never gave me a written email detailing the reasons why I
was refused. He only wanted a meeting in
person…of which no written record would exist and I require a written record of
why I was refused that apartment. When I
called the number given to me by Allison at Crane Ordway apartments to find out
the details of my refusal, it was a dead number.
I approached Meshbesher and Spence several times last year
(2014) to gain access to their services for the Personal Injury involved in my
case. My family has stolen intellectual
property from me and monies have been gained, earned and/or otherwise obtained
from the theft of and distribution of said intellectual property. I have been blocked when trying to obtain an
OFP against my original stalker and when I tried to get a second one started
with Dan Guerrero after my obstructing justice charges were resolved when my
mother had me arrested…Mr. Guerrero quoted me a fee of $1500 and then recanted…and
said he never quoted me that fee for an OFP against my family and just warned
me to “stay away from them”.
Repeatedly Meshbesher lawyers have been evasive to me about
what “Personal Injury” law entails. Both
Dan Guerrero and Gus Nicklow, with whom I had a phone conversation on or around
Jan 31, 2015 (and I was not able to make a return call as the paperwork I
wished to discuss was stolen from me.) informed me that Personal Injury Law was
only practiced when there was an “insurance policy” in place. Mr. Nicklow asked “What do you expect us to
do, just see how much these people have in their personal assets?” and I
answered “Yes, it’s called suing someone for physical and mental anguish”
I do not lay the blame at the well-heeled feet of Meshbesher
and Spence…in fact I am grateful to them and Mr. Daniel Guerrero for taking my
obstruction case. I have had many
lawyers and legal aid firms and societies totally unwilling to assist me with
ANY legal matters that stemmed from this abuse of power in my family. Six of them! (A list of law firms sent
previously to the Governor’s Office).
My physical condition is declining from the harsh assaults,
the clitorectomy and a torture they have done when they have “kidnapped” me on
occasion…tied me up so that my tailbone is sitting only on the tip end of an
upright vertical pole. With the weight
and pressure of my body on that small of few square inches….I am finding it
nearly impossible to even sit normally for any length of time.
My Human and Civil Rights are being egregiously
breached.
My family wants to “break my will”
and turn me “Pentecostal” again…as evidenced by my returning to their “holiness
standards” of dress codes for women including long skirts, no make-up, no
jewelry, no hair color or style, nothing “fancy”. They disapprove of my smoking and speaking my
mind. I have had trouble getting gigs
for my comedy due to their slandering my name with club owners , and the abuse
has started to affect my self-esteem.
Now my stay at the Youth Hostel seems to be in
jeopardy. I was given a 2-3 week notice
for no real reason except that some construction work needed to be done on my
room….yet the desk clerk said it was “insurance pressures”. I believe it could be bribery, threats or
other “pressure” from Irv and Hazel Sawyer of Bloomington Minnesota trying to
punish me for being a “misbehaving” 49 year old niece from a Patriarchal
Misogynistic Backwoods Pentecostal Religion.
I give Mr. Jay Wiseman as a reference and ask that he be
called as a witness to testify for me about my fight against this “Partial Term
Abortion Fetish” which at that time I spoke with him about it, I was told was a “Human Trafficking
Organization and Snuff Film Operation” as some of the victims were from other
countries. I contacted him in 2013 on
his “Jay Wiseman’s Fetlife Group” and was promptly removed from being a
long-standing member of Fetlife.com.
I also just recently came out as a Bi-sexual person on my
Facebook page. My family is homophobic
and would certainly want to punish me for that.
The inability to obtain affordable housing is Most Likely from
discrimination from my male family members who have important positions in the
U.S. Government.
I will keep pressing and pushing until I get my Full Human
and Civil Rights recognized in a United States court of law…including my rights
to Property, (intellectual and real) my Person, Financial Gain, Independence, Legal
Sovereignty (rightful status, independence or prerogative) Rights and Custody
of my Children, Safety from Physical and Emotional Abuse and Violence, and the
Pursuit of Happiness.
I am of Sound Mind and free of civil commitment.
I need a team of professional lawyers who are not afraid of
Standing Up to Oppression.

The Basics Of
Personal Injury Law
