Accomplishments in a Letter

Aug 8 2018,

Re: Linda Ophoenix, Accomplishments past 30 days.

I have been working very diligently the past 30 days since my ticket for trespassing when I sought shelter from the rain turned into a  Warrant and I was taken into custody and my sentence deferred on condition of an update from this clinic.

I have in the past 30 days :

-Made my final Payment  on  My Eviction so I can start the Renting Process again.

-Finalized my Social Security Payments so that my Benefits are Continuing.

-Found proper documentation to apply for and RECEIVED my Social Security Card!

-RECEIVED my Medicare Card in the Mail.

-Was Notarized and Faxed an Application for my Birth Certificate (10 days in the Mail)

-Will be able to get my PHOTO ID when my Birth Certificate Arrives !

- Have stayed STEADY on my Medications despite having had them stolen.  I take them Every Morning upon Waking and I always Refill when I am near the end of my prescription.

These are 7 major achievements   that   are extremely important for  my Future Progress.
I hope to continue on From getting my Photo California ID to getting a comfortable , affordable place to Rent so that I can put this Homeless nightmare behind me and get back to Normal Life.

Thank You ,

Linda Ophoenix
