Thank you
As Tom’s attorney, I cannot present information to the Court on your behalf.
I have reviewed your power point. Tom is not seeking to terminate your parental rights. His motion only asks that the parenting arrangements match what has been in place for the past couple of years. The law provides that if a change in custodial arrangements has been in effect for at least six months, the court order can be changed.

It is for "Dissolution with Child" and that means that I am losing my parental rights.
I am not the custodial parent now, and after court, I won't have any legal rights over what happens to Aric, as far as I understand.
I can't make it out there and I don't want my rights taken away.
The “Dissolution with Child” is the type of case your divorce is.
A termination of parental rights is a completely different case type, brought with completely different paperwork and in a different court. Your case is not a termination of parental rights case. Tom does not want to terminate your parental rights.
