Dear Esteemed Judges of the United States Supreme Court,
I am being denied my basic rights as a Citizen of the United
States of America.
The family that I
was raised with has stolen my legal U.S. Copyright PAu002162746/1997-02-05 and
produced, distributed and gained earnings and profits, from my copyrighted
intellectual property and distributed those earnings to various parties and I
have not been the beneficiary of any of proceeds.
Furthermore, they
have given me a forced clitorectomy after drugging me unconscious (November
2014). The reason for this Female
Genital Mutilation is to give a show of physical control over me. Their goal is to neutralize my motivation and
aspiration to perform my music and comedy.
I have seen 10
legal agencies/law firms to get help and representation on these issues, only
to be told for no reason that they could not provide me service in this matter
or that they were conflicted out of the matter.
I have reason to
believe that in the 20 years since I wrote and first performed the copyrighted
material in question (PAu002162746/1997-02-05) that they have created a
genetically comparable clone and she has stolen my identity and uses the name
“Linda Ophoenix” to perform my copyrighted intellectual property and to gain
earnings and proceeds from the perpetration of this fraud.
Irv Sawyer is the
main uncle who has shown that he has a pathological obsession with the control
of women raised “in his family” and he insists that they all subscribe to a
certain “dress code” and identify their religion as “Pentecostal”. Jon Pardue is a cousin against whom I have
attempted to legally gain protection from by filing 2 restraining orders
(O.F.P.) which were denied when Mr. Pardue perjured himself in court and I was
not allowed to present evidence. (Ramsey County, MN 2014)
I am kept
overburdened for rent in a Youth Hostel and my computer activity is censored
using remote access technology severely limiting my access to information. (I
get error messages on 33%-50% of web pages that I search for). I have extremely limited access to daily
media and I have been ostracized by family and friends, many having been lost
when my smartphones were targeted containing their phone numbers. I have had 5 cellphones stolen that contained
photos of INJURIES sustained during assaults by the Sawyer Family, which would
have incriminated them for those attacks.
I have been hacked off of 2 facebook profiles, requiring me to create a
third. I have been hacked off of a
longstanding email account at ladyopinx@yahoo and was not ALLOWED to create
another until a government worker created one for me in his office on his
computer last year in 2015. I been hacked off of my own website at
OphoenixDesign and had not able to control it since 2007. I have been denied access to opportunities
and government programs after my request or application has already been officially
approved. They have slandered my
reputation with lies about my character. They have physically sabotaged my work
to realize achievement by theft and assaults. I have been marginalized and live in
apartheid.
The far-reaching
social implications of my case include: Rights of a person to hold property as
the definition of their legal status as a Citizen or Human Being. It also holds significance in the areas of
Women’s Rights, The Right to the Pursuit of Happiness, Freedom of Religion
(right to assemble…or not) and Freedom of Speech.
The Sawyers and
their extended family own the Breadbasket of America. My assailants are the main beneficiaries of
the earnings and profits from General Mills, Nabisco, Keebler and other related
corporations.
They are also
slavers and traders of Human Beings and are responsible for the recent increase
in Partial Birth Abortions conducted in Non-Clinical settings. They have gained fortunes for these
atrocities on newborns, and in my struggle to free myself from their abusive
control…I have been a journalist and whistleblower regarding their illegal
activities.
I have written to
a Minnesota State Representative (2014), Governor Mark Dayton several times
(2015-2016) and finally recently to the White House, addressed to President
Obama.
I am entitled to
my rights. I need and count on the Legal
System of the United States of America for the protection of my rights and
person to end this fraud and defamation of my character.
I have beautiful
16 year-old autistic son who counts on me to protect him. I fear for his safety, as he is a vulnerable
person. Without litigation, his father
may end up the Guardian in control of his future. His father can be heavily influenced by the
Sawyer family, as are many who are controlled by violence and threats of
violence.
The entire
problem is solvable with some medication for my uncles’ and cousins’ medical
conditions which are located the cerebral area (mental illness). There are family
stories of animal mutilation that was done by Irv Sawyer and his brothers at a
young age, with other extended family in observance. I was told these stories by Beverly Osborne,
as she was in observance of Irv Sawyer’s early childhood violence. Irv is medication non-compliant and has
influenced the rest of his family to adopt similar attitudes toward
prescription medications for brain related illnesses. I am medicated daily for my depression and anxiety,
and see no attached to such medications.
The Sawyer family traditionally has seen medication for brain-related
issue as a detriment to one’s reputation, hence their reticence in taking
appropriate prescriptions. When they
realize that the actions resulting from unmedicated mental illness are much
more damaging to a man’s reputation than taking a Rx medication to keep things
at the Top in Order and Balance for a Healthy Population.
I have always
been a Patriot and believed in the Legal System and Government of the United
States of America.
Please help me
keep that Faith.
