Dear Esteemed Judges of the United States Supreme Court,

I am being denied my basic rights as a Citizen of the United States of America. 

The family that I was raised with has stolen my legal U.S. Copyright PAu002162746/1997-02-05 and produced, distributed and gained earnings and profits, from my copyrighted intellectual property and distributed those earnings to various parties and I have not been the beneficiary of any of proceeds.

Furthermore, they have given me a forced clitorectomy after drugging me unconscious (November 2014).  The reason for this Female Genital Mutilation is to give a show of physical control over me.  Their goal is to neutralize my motivation and aspiration to perform my music and comedy.

I have seen 10 legal agencies/law firms to get help and representation on these issues, only to be told for no reason that they could not provide me service in this matter or that they were conflicted out of the matter.

I have reason to believe that in the 20 years since I wrote and first performed the copyrighted material in question (PAu002162746/1997-02-05) that they have created a genetically comparable clone and she has stolen my identity and uses the name “Linda Ophoenix” to perform my copyrighted intellectual property and to gain earnings and proceeds from the perpetration of this fraud.

Irv Sawyer is the main uncle who has shown that he has a pathological obsession with the control of women raised “in his family” and he insists that they all subscribe to a certain “dress code” and identify their religion as “Pentecostal”.  Jon Pardue is a cousin against whom I have attempted to legally gain protection from by filing 2 restraining orders (O.F.P.) which were denied when Mr. Pardue perjured himself in court and I was not allowed to present evidence. (Ramsey County, MN 2014)

I am kept overburdened for rent in a Youth Hostel and my computer activity is censored using remote access technology severely limiting my access to information. (I get error messages on 33%-50% of web pages that I search for).  I have extremely limited access to daily media and I have been ostracized by family and friends, many having been lost when my smartphones were targeted containing their phone numbers.  I have had 5 cellphones stolen that contained photos of INJURIES sustained during assaults by the Sawyer Family, which would have incriminated them for those attacks.  I have been hacked off of 2 facebook profiles, requiring me to create a third.  I have been hacked off of a longstanding email account at ladyopinx@yahoo and was not ALLOWED to create another until a government worker created one for me in his office on his computer last year in 2015. I been hacked off of my own website at OphoenixDesign and had not able to control it since 2007.  I have been denied access to opportunities and government programs after my request or application has already been officially approved.  They have slandered my reputation with lies about my character. They have physically sabotaged my work to realize achievement by theft and assaults.  I have been marginalized and live in apartheid.

 

The far-reaching social implications of my case include: Rights of a person to hold property as the definition of their legal status as a Citizen or Human Being.  It also holds significance in the areas of Women’s Rights, The Right to the Pursuit of Happiness, Freedom of Religion (right to assemble…or not) and Freedom of Speech.

 

The Sawyers and their extended family own the Breadbasket of America.  My assailants are the main beneficiaries of the earnings and profits from General Mills, Nabisco, Keebler and other related corporations.

They are also slavers and traders of Human Beings and are responsible for the recent increase in Partial Birth Abortions conducted in Non-Clinical settings.  They have gained fortunes for these atrocities on newborns, and in my struggle to free myself from their abusive control…I have been a journalist and whistleblower regarding their illegal activities.

I have written to a Minnesota State Representative (2014), Governor Mark Dayton several times (2015-2016) and finally recently to the White House, addressed to President Obama.

I am entitled to my rights.  I need and count on the Legal System of the United States of America for the protection of my rights and person to end this fraud and defamation of my character.

I have beautiful 16 year-old autistic son who counts on me to protect him.  I fear for his safety, as he is a vulnerable person.  Without litigation, his father may end up the Guardian in control of his future.  His father can be heavily influenced by the Sawyer family, as are many who are controlled by violence and threats of violence.

The entire problem is solvable with some medication for my uncles’ and cousins’ medical conditions which are located the cerebral area (mental illness). There are family stories of animal mutilation that was done by Irv Sawyer and his brothers at a young age, with other extended family in observance.  I was told these stories by Beverly Osborne, as she was in observance of Irv Sawyer’s early childhood violence.  Irv is medication non-compliant and has influenced the rest of his family to adopt similar attitudes toward prescription medications for brain related illnesses.  I am medicated daily for my depression and anxiety, and see no attached to such medications.  The Sawyer family traditionally has seen medication for brain-related issue as a detriment to one’s reputation, hence their reticence in taking appropriate prescriptions.  When they realize that the actions resulting from unmedicated mental illness are much more damaging to a man’s reputation than taking a Rx medication to keep things at the Top in Order and Balance for a Healthy Population.

I have always been a Patriot and believed in the Legal System and Government of the United States of America.

Please help me keep that Faith.

I wrote the White House Last Month

 

 

Dear Mr. President,

I am a victim of family abuse.  I have now seen 9 lawyers regarding my circumstances—which at times are dehumanizing—only to be refused service by all of them.

 

I have written Governor Mark Dayton regarding my struggles to get fair and equal treatment—in retaining a lawyer and in access to other services and opportunities (including housing) that should be available to me.  My extremely rich (Owners of General Mills, General Mills, Kelloggs, Nabisco, Keebler, Post,  Kraft, Nestle and Hersheys, Pandora Media Con-Agra Foods) tries to keep me marginalized  society, and away from those who are profiting from my name and creative works.

 

My suffering has been horrific…I survived FGM (female mutilation of private parts—clitorectomy) due to their misogynistic religious views and they have produced and distributed copyrighted materials of mine, and profited greatly—leaving me overburdened for rent and able to have my son only on weekends.

 

I am a comic, and was “edged out” of the Minneapolis comedy scene.  I have other traits and physical movements and habits that actually repulse my family….such as being out as a bi-sexual woman, being assertive about boundaries, and occasionally putting a little pink in my hair…even my wearing make-up is offensive to them.

 

I am writing to you because I feel I gone the chain of command by writing first to my Governor and I have not been able to reach anyone at his office to help me.

 

This is an issue of my personhood and my ownership of a copyright confirms my Rights as a citizen of United States of America (a U.S citizen).  Ultimately my actual personality--what make me *shine*--and my life and well-being are at stake..  The emotional abusive energy it takes for them to keep me down is overwhelming...and like pebbles in a pond...violence can ripple and create unhealthy, dysfunctional lifestyles all around.

 

I need your help to confirm my rights and make sure my needs are met…including the Right to Pursue Happiness.

Patterson Thuente...Copyright specialists

I met with Tye Biasco yesterday from Patterson Thuente.  I did a walk-in. 
He listened, he agreed that my damages from my FGM should not go unrecompensated and that "data does not just disappear off of the U.S. Copyright.gov website. 

He will be calling at 10 am this morning...but there was some hedging when I asked about royalties.  And he started folding up papers when I told him which companies my relatives were major shareholders in.

Access to City and Private Video Cams...or Mark of the Beast?

 

It’s called Shodan and it just got much easier to use.

 Think of the millions of devices with video feeds—maybe the baby monitor perched over your kid’s crib or a security camera looking out over your back porch. A new feature on the most popular search engine for the Internet of Things just made it a lot easier to find such feeds. And it’s even creepier than you can imagine.

Shodan is a website that scans the internet for publicly accessible devices and captures their IP addresses—creating a searchable index that includes everything from in-home surveillance cameras to traffic lights to fetal heart monitors to power switches for hospitals. Essentially any of the so-called Internet of Things that doesn’t have a password is up for grabs.

 

 Programmer John Matherly developed the site in 2009 when he was a teenager, and he originally thought his pet project would help large tech companies see who was using their devices. But now the site is mostly used by hackers and researchers. Until recently, Shodan was used almost exclusively within the cybersecurity community, because searches require a general understanding of technical language. But a new feature has made it easier for anyone to peek people’s home surveillance devices. The new channel includes screen grabs of security camera feeds along with their location.

 

As Ars Technica reports, these webcams show feeds from sensitive locations like schools, banks, marijuana plantations, labs and babies’ rooms. Shodan members who pay the $49 monthly fee can search the full feed at  images.shodan. A Vocativ search of some of the most recently added images shows offices, school, porches and the interior of people’s homes. Accompanying each of these grabs is a pinned map that shows the location of the device capturing that footage.

 

 The site also offers free memberships that allow anyone to search through thousands of webcams. Most of these devices require a password to view the feed (Shodan users have written a few articles about the most-used passwords so that others can easily hack feeds), but unfortunately many people don’t set up password authentication on their devices. Such cameras are easily accessed through Shodan, and many of them can even be controlled by Shodan users.

 

Moments after setting up a free account, we were able to access and maneuver several security cameras, moving them from left to right and up to down within homes, businesses and a room holding adorable Pomeranian puppies. Shodan also provided the general location where each of these live feeds were coming from, which means it would not be difficult to track down those puppies and figure out when their owner is away.

 

 So, if you value your puppies or personal privacy, set up a password on all your connected devices.
